Our Delta Touch2O Technology Faucet ~ Do We Still Love It?

August 30, 2013

Back in January of this year I posted about our new faucet which was given to us by Delta Canada and very happily held a sweepstake for one lucky reader to also receive a Touch2O Technology Faucet compliments of Delta Canada.

Ron and I have been making good use of our new kitchen faucet and today I’m bringing you a video update on how it has been performing for us along with a review of some of the features of our Touch2O Technology Faucet.

How about you?  Would you love to have a Touch2O Technology Faucet in your kitchen?  Which model is your favourite?  What finish would look best in your kitchen?

Why yes I would LOVE one of these faucets! I love seeing it in action; mine should be on it’s way. I appreciate your experience with the batteries too…I have been wondering how often I’ll have to crawl under the sink once I start using it. Emily’s should be installed next weekend; I’ll be getting some practice with hers first!

We both are getting the Cassidy model…guess we’re just two traditional girls. :)

Barb, I love the Cassidy model! It is too high for our kitchen as it would extend too many inches over our breakfast counter and interfere with the line of vision for anyone sitting at the breakfast counter. It is a perfect design for a kitchen sink that is by a window or a wall. I know you will love using Emily’s and once you are settled in your new home, you will enjoy spending a lot of time at your kitchen sink putting the Cassidy to work. I too am anxious to see how long the the batteries last. I’m really impressed that we are still on the initial ones that came with the faucet, given the number of times I (we) use the faucet on a daily basis…countless :) Thanks for tuning in!

Paula, this was great. I enjoyed the video. I was actually thinking of getting a facet like this but wasn’t quite sure, I think they are still fairly new, right? Thanks for explaining all the features, Love the fact it has a long hose, something I need so often and the one I have is a joke, so short, I can’t really use it when I need it, as it won’t reach.
Great video!

Hi Hani! I think they have been on the market for maybe two + years by now. I think you would love having one. As much as I dislike all the clean-up involved from baking and decorating cookies, this faucet actually makes the chore a little more pleasant of an experience. The touch feature and especially the spray feature makes it easier to clean and rinse the many decorating bottles and tips. My husband loves the long extension on the hose (he’s the main cook around here and the one filling the large pots) and the easy swivel.

Mt tap has a lot of these features, except the touch. You have sold me on the touch! ;) Thanks for the informative video and so good to ‘see’ you again!! xo

Those faucets look so fun!

Paula September 8, 2013 at 8:28 pm

They are fun Jennifer and functional! I’m so used to just tapping my faucet now that when I go to anyone else’s home and use their kitchen sink I automatically tap their faucets…a few times before I realize that they are not Touch2O :)

Oh, now this is too cool… What an awesome feature that all it needs is a touch! Would definitely save me from getting my surrounding sink area all germ-y when cooking!

Thanks for watching Georgia. They are pretty cool all right! We are so very happy with it.

Love these video review, Paula! I’m actually looking to purchase a new faucet and yours is exactly the look and functionality I want in my kitchen. (PS- its great to finally see the Vanilla Bean Baker in action and put a face to the name.)

Hi Mike! Thank you for watching the video. I know that if you do get a Touch2O Technology faucet that you will love it. Especially the spray feature when you are cleaning your icing tips!
