Today I’m guest posting for my friend Karen of Trilogy Edibles. Originally, Karen was my *on-line friend* and over the past two years we have become *in real life friends*, for life I hope! Unfortunately, she broke a rib weeks ago and in her healing process, she further injured herself when she tripped! If you don’t currently follow Karen all I can say is that there is no time like the present.
